When Blue Ocean Ideas started working on the design of the 2e Architects website, we were fascinated with how the firm approached light in their architecture projects. 2e Architects would measure where the sun was in the sky at different times of day during different seasons, and then use this information to enhance their design.So, we also wanted to create a sense of light and radiance for website. Using large amounts of white space, touching it with shadows, we were able to create an environment where 2e clients could get a sense of who they would be dealing with.

Additionally, we created the site so that it would show off work with big, gripping photography. The portfolio is the most unavoidable part of the 2e website. The photos fill up the page an allow visitors to see the quality of work offered by 2e Architects.

Ultimately, this site appears simple. But its elegance communicates so much more.
