A Brand
is a promise
The biggest question a customer asks is “Why should I choose you?” A brand is an organization where the customers are able to answer that question. It starts with a compelling claim, and it is proven through the customer’s experience.
The opposite of a brand is a commodity, where a customer can easily go to any of your competitors to get what they need.
Brand Development
is telling the truth about who you are, faster.
You should be able to judge a book by its cover. A book cover should tell you what you need to know about the book at a glance.
Great brands do the same thing. Brands invite people to know you. But the first thing it must do is make your client stop in their tracks.
Even the best wine is stored in a bottle where it can’t describe itself. Branding is taking that wine and letting people taste it even before they take a sip.
