Who are you and what are your goals? Where are you going and how will you get there?

You may have heard this called "discovery". We want to get to the core of who you are. Even more, we want to get to the core of who your client is. You can expect us to ask lots of questions, take tons of notes, and bring lots of ideas to the table. We'll learn how we measure success and work toward that.
The goal of the storyboard session is to put Blue Ocean Ideas in a position to truly consult you and represent you. We need to know you before we love you because we only work with clients we love.
Based on your goals, budget, and timeline, we will create a plan of action we call the MAP (message and plan). Often the MAP starts with brand research to determine even more deeply how you are currently positioned in the market. We will look at all your "stuff," ask your clients about you, survey the competition, and summarize it all for you.
The MAP may also include the conception of your brand strategy, marketing strategy, media strategy, message strategy, web strategy, or whatever needs to happen for you to win. You'll see dates and prices and you'll start getting giddy with the excitement of moving forward.
Everything you see in the MAP we go do. All efforts will be brand-consistent, integrated, coordinated, and strategic. Our account managers are always a phone call, email, or tweet away from continuing to stay connected with you.
Remember, great "marketing" only works for great companies. We can't fool anyone into believing things about you that aren't true. While we're implementing, you'll need to be bringing the goods on your end, making sure the customer experience is surprising, delightful, and otherwise awesome.
