When Denny's not in the office you can find him in the goal for his ice hockey team, out hiking, or doing glass blowing at his brother's studio. He's amazing. His design career started way back. As long as Denny can remember, he's loved making things. The passion to turn "making stuff" into "making art" started in high school. Then when he realized that "making art" didn't mean "making money," Denny focused is efforts on graphic design. He received a bachelor of fine art degree in that discipline from Salisbury University. "I enjoy the unknown. I like being lost. It gives me a change to find a way out," he quips. That's why we love having him on our team.

Vali was born in Kyrgyzstan while it was still a part of the USSR. He was fortunate to attend a private high school where he learned computer engineering as well as 4 languages (Kyrgyz, Russian, Turkish, and English). Before coming the the States, Vali studied and worked in Cyprus and Russia. He is recently married and lives in Towson. Always fearless, Vali has been excited to tackle snowboarding, golf, and an understanding of Brody's slang since he has joined Blue Ocean Ideas.

Carli has always been an artist, but fell in love with graphic design after taking a class at Towson University, where she just received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in May. She's a valuable asset to our team and we know she'll be successful long after her internship is over.
